Yet developing a home can be pretty daunting and clients might not know where to start: “What approvals do I need?”, “When to appoint an architect?”, “What are the planning rules in my area?”, “Where to find a good builder?”
LoveHome can take all of this pain and confusion away by offering an end to end managed design and build service to make development easy.
What is a managed design and build service?
This is where we add a personable, experienced project manager to the onsite team from day one of your planning, who keeps you up to speed on progress and cost and who adds experience and ideas.
The PM is your eyes and ears on site making things happen when they should, so you have one point of contact for questions or ideas along the way. The renovation team don’t have to get involved with the planning or dealing with queries and the job gets done quicker as a result.

Your personal project manager. If you want one.
If you work with LoveHome, you can have your own PM to get all design, council approvals and admin completed for you. However, you don’t have to add this service to your renovation. Many of our clients just take one or two service options, like building or planning applications. It’s up to you.

LoveHome works best when we are with you all of the way on your renovation journey. That way we can advise, sort out and get to know you and what you want. However, you don’t have to use us for all of the renovation. Some clients decide to ask us to help with the planning side, getting design and approvals sorted. Others just need a builder to do a great job. See the diagram below and choose what you need:
