Fixed pricing
Clients tend not to like surprises so we don’t give them any.
We believe in keeping costing simple and straightforward, giving clients a fixed price schedule which is agreed at the start once we have completed a thorough review of the work to be done.
Sometimes we might discover aspects to the job that have not been planned for, or our client may wish to change the plan. When this happens we all sit down and discuss the requirements, we make a plan and we will quote a price for that new work. The new work won’t be started until the new plan is scheduled and priced and everything is agreed with our client.
Choose a service level
Our clients can make use of the entire managed service or they can cherry-pick individual services, eg building only.
We charge a daily project management fee when this service is required to cover all organisation, client reporting and clerical work like planning applications.
We charge a flat fee for the build which includes labour and materials.
All invoices will be itemised so clients can see what they’re paying for.
Payment
Our payment terms are flexible and to be agreed per project, but in general we like to invoice at specified, evenly spaced points across the time of a project. This helps our clients to budget and to know when to expect a payment. The nature of renovation means that more costs are incurred at the commencement of a project so invoices can be weighted proportionately more at the start and they reduce over the lifetime of the project.
As our client, you will always know where you stand on time and budget.
